  He seemed to do an ok job for siding however he over ordered and returned the rest of the siding. He has never reimbursed us the money as we are the homeowner. I would not recommend this person. We even talked to the person he hired for a subcontractor, his opinion was much of the same. Cotter Construction told us there is a 95% restocking fee of which we think is bogus and an outright lie. I asked to see the actual receipts and restocking fee on paper from the company he took the siding back to. He has yet to supply that, this request was made in October of 2016. It's now February 2017. I think I might bring this up to the city who issues the contractors licenses. See what they think of stealing from customers.
